The pavilion presents itself confidently in red-white-red, in an Austrian interpretation of the rustic gingham checked fabric, a fabric that not only stands for the local, for honesty, hospitality, naturalness and familiarity in Austria but almost world-wide. Table and checked gingham, two leitmotifs symbolic of finding a solution for how to feed the planet.
